| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症脑出血的治疗方法及其效果。方法对30例重症脑出血患者采用小孔多方位颅内血肿抽吸术,28例重症脑出血患者采用传统内科保守治疗。结果治疗组治愈好转率66·67%,病死率33·33%;对照组治愈好转率28·57%,死亡率71·43%。结论小孔多方位颅内血肿抽吸术治疗重症脑出血方法简捷,疗效确切,病死率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of pin hole multi-directional intracranial hematoma aspiration in the patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Thirty patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage were treated with intracranial hematoma aspiration and 28 patients in control group were treated with conservative medical treatment.Results 66.67% in treatment group recovered and 33.33% died,28.57% in control group recovered and 71.43% died.Conclusion Curative effects of pin hole multi-directional intracranial hematoma aspiration in the patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage is confirmed.The aspiration is easy to perform and safe. |
