高氧口含雾化结合药液含漱对提高化疗性口腔炎疗效的观察

目的探讨高氧口含雾化结合药液含漱对化疗性口腔炎的临床治疗价值。方法将73例化疗性口腔炎患者随机分为A组(36例)和B组(37例)。A组采用单纯药液含漱;B组采用药液含漱+高流量氧口含雾化。观察记录2组患者恢复普通进食时间、体温恢复时间、口腔溃疡痊愈的时间。结果恢复普通进食时间、体温恢复正常时间、口腔溃疡痊愈的时间B组均较A组显著提前(P<0.05)。结论药液高氧口含雾化能提高化疗性口腔炎的疗效,减少患者的痛苦。

An observation about using high oxygen gas mixture combined drugs gargle to enhance the curative effects of chemostomatitis

Objective To study the clinical curative effects of chemistomatitis by using the method of high oxygen gas mixture combined drugs gargle.Methods Divided 73 patients with chemistomatitis into the A and B group randomly, there were 36 cases in the A group and 37 cases in the B group. Drugs gargle was used in the A group and the method of high oxygen gas mixture combined drugs gargle was used in the B group. Compared the clinical curative effects between the 2 groups.Results The indexes which can indicate the curative effects in the B group were all significant better than those of in the A group, P<0.05.Conclusion The method of high oxygen gas mixture combined drugs gargle can effective improve the curative effects of chemistomatitis.
