痰热清注射液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取儿童急性上呼吸道感染患儿80例,随机分为治疗组40例,给予痰热清注射液治疗,对照组40例,给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,两组均给予退热、祛痰、止咳等对症治疗3～7d,观察两组患儿治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为85%,治疗组总有效率为95%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论痰热清注射液治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of tanreqing injection treatment for children with acute respiratory infection

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection treatment for children with acute respiratorytract infection. Methods 80 hospitalized children with acute respiratory infection in our hospital were divided into Tanreqing injection treatment group and control group. 40 patients in the observation group were given Tanreqing injection, the controls were given Ribavirin Injection. Both of the two groups were treated with antipyretic, expectorant, antitussive,and other symptomatic and supportive treatments for 3-7 days. Observed and compared the clinical outcomes in two groups. Results The effective rate was 95% in the Tanreqing injection treatment group, 85% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection treatment for children with acute respiratory tract infection has significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
