两种糖化血红蛋白检测方法的比较和性能评价

摘    要:
目的对两种糖化血红蛋白的检测方法进行比较和方法学评价。方法用离子交换层析法、免疫比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白,依据美国临床实验室标准化协会EP9-A2文件要求,分别在上述两种检测系统中测定标本糖化血红蛋白的浓度,记录检验结果,检查离群点,计算线性方程、相关系数和直线回归方程。结果离子交换层析法测定均值8.49,免疫比浊法测定均值9.04,线性回归方程Y=0.966X-0.24,两者相关性良好,两者之间的偏差在临床允许误差范围内。结论当使用2种以上检测方法检测同一项目时,应进行方法比对和偏倚评估,免疫比浊法和离子交换层析法两种检测方法具有可比性,临床可接受。

Performance evaluation of two methods in detecting glycosylated hemoglobin

Abstract:
Objective To compare and methodology evaluate two glycosylated hemoglobin detection methods. Methods Use the ion exchange chromatography, Immunoturbidimetry to detect the glycosylated hemoglobin, according to requiremerits of the EP9 - A2 paperwork maked by the American Association for Clinical Laboratory Standards, respectively detected the glycosylated hemoglobin concentrations in the above two kinds of detecting system, record test results, check outliars, calculate the linear equation, the correlation coefficient and linear regression equation. Results Determination mean of ion exchange chromatography is 8.49, determination mean of Immunoturbidimetry is 9.04, linear regression equation Y = 0. 966 X - 0. 24, have a good correlation, within the clinical tolerances. Condusion When using more than two kinds of detecting methods to detect the same item, should use the methods compare and bias evaluation, through studying the Immunoturbidim- etry and ion exchange chromatography, we know these two methods are comparable, clinical acceptable.
