促红细胞生成素治疗癌性贫血疗效观察

目的探讨促红细胞生成素（EPO）治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后贫血患者的临床疗效。方法将41例恶性肿瘤化疗后贫血的患者分为观察组（21例）和对照组（20例），两组均接受2个周期的化疗。观察组在每1个化疗周期结束48h后给予EPO12000U皮下注射，3次／周，连续3周，共用6周。两组的辅助治疗相同。于第2个周期的EPO治疗结束后评价疗效。结果EPO治疗6周后，观察组的血红蛋白水平、血细胞比容、红细胞计数均较治疗前有明显上升，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。对照组化疗前后血红蛋白水平、血细胞比容、红细胞计数的变化不明显。结论EPO能改善化疗相关性贫血，提高肿瘤患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

The efficacy of erythropoietin in the treatment of carinoma anemia

In the first two cycles of treatment was evaluated after EPO treatment, Results EPO after 6 weeks of treatment, the observation group, hemoglobin level, hematocrit increased significantly compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; patients reduce fatigue, improve endurance activities, corn-pared with the control group The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The control group before and after chemo- therapy hemoglobin level, hematocrit were not significantly changed. Conclusion EPO can improve chemotherapy - related anemia and improve quality of life of cancer patients, is worthy of clinical application.
