高频超声诊断早早孕的应用研究

摘    要:目的 探讨高频超声在诊断早早孕(孕龄〈4孕周)中的应用价值.方法 先用常规超声经腹探查早孕情况,然后排空膀胱,再用高频超声探查,对比研究两者的声像图.结果 高频超声在显示GS、YS、胚胎组织与常规超声比较,χ2分别为=101.41、181.31、29.02; P 均〈0.005.结论 高频超声是探查早早孕的一种有效手段,可以更早诊断早早孕.

Abstract:Objective Explore high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of( gestational age 〈 4 weeks) pregnancies application value. Methods First abdominal ultrasound probe with conventional cases of early pregnancy, Then empty the bladder, Then high frequency ultrasound probe, Ultrasonographic comparative study of both. Results High - frequency ultrasound in the display GS, YS, embryonic organization and conventional ultrasonic comparison, respectively 101.41 X2 = 181.31, 29. 02, and P all 〈 0. 005. Conclusion High - frequency ultrasound probe is an effective means of early pregnan- cy, early pregnancy can be diagnosed earlier.
