金水宝胶囊治疗中期糖尿病肾病60例

目的探讨金水宝胶囊在中期糖尿病肾病治疗中的临床疗效。方法将中期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用常规疗法加金水宝胶囊和单纯常规治疗,观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血清尿素氮、血清肌酐、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯。结果两组均能降低24h尿蛋白定量、血脂水平、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮（P〈0.05）,升高血清蛋白,但治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论金水宝胶囊可以显著减少中期糖尿病肾病患者尿白蛋白排泄,降低血脂水平,改善肾功能,升高血清蛋白。

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Middle Stase of Diabetic ephropathy Treated with dinshuibao Capsule

Objective To observe the effect of Jin Shuibao capsule of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the medium term clinical effica-cy. Methods The diabetic nephropathy in the medium term were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, respectively, conventional therapy plus Jin Shuibao capsule and simple routine treatment, patients were observed before and after 4 weeks treatment 24h urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, serum total protein, albumin, total cholesterol and triglyceride. Results The two groups could reduce the 24h urinary protein, serum lipids, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen （ P 〈0.05）, elevated serum levels of protein, but the true efficacy of the treatment group Wu Tang better than the control group. Conclusion Jin Shuibao capsule can significantly reduce the primary nephrotic syn-drome of urinary albumin excretion, reduce blood fat levels, improve renal function, elevated serum protein.
