| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药洗浴加郁美净儿童霜外用治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效。方法湿疹患儿180例,随机分组,其中100例为治疗组,采用湿疹中药散煎汤洗浴,郁美净儿童霜外用治疗;对照组80例,采用冰黄肤乐软膏外用,2组均持续用药3～6天。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为98%、77.5%,2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论中药洗浴加郁美净儿童霜外用治疗婴儿湿疹,具有治疗周期短、安全、经济实用、疗效好的特点,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effecacy of tradition Chinese medicine （TCM） bathtub combined with Yu beautiful net children froston treat of patients with infantile eczema （婴儿湿疹）. Method One hundred and eighty patients with eczemawere randomly divided into treatment group （100 cases） and control group （80 cases） . treatment group was treaded with TCM bathtub and eczemay ointment; control group was treaded withBing huangfule ointment. 2groups trentment lasted for 3-6 days. Results to tall effective rate of treatment group and control group were 98 % - 77. 58 % rcspcctivcly, and thcrc arc significant diffcrcnce （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM bathtub combined with Yu beautiful net chil-dren frosthave proved to be the characteristics of a short periond of treatment , and effective , sire, economical and practical , thus the therapy is worthy of recommendation in clinical practice. |
