手术室开展整体护理对缓解患者焦虑程度的探讨

目的人文关怀和高超的护理技术相结合，完善整体护理程序，从而缓解患者手术前后的焦虑程度。方法采取随机对照法将140例择期实施甲状腺大部分切除术的患者分为两组，试验组（n=70）给予以人为本、以人为依归的整体护理程序；对照组（n=70）给予常规护理程序。采用焦虑自评量表（sAS）评估两组患者在人院时、麻醉穿刺前的焦虑程度，术后回访，比较两组患者、手术医生对手术室整个护理状况的满意度情况。结果两组患者在入院时焦虑程度无统计学意义（P〉0．05），麻醉穿刺前焦虑值分别为68．0±8．2（对照组），61．0±9．4（实验组），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），术后实验组与对照组的患者满意度分别95．71％、62．69％，实验组与对照组的医生满意度分别为92．86％、62．86％。结论在手术室实施人性化的、整体的护理模式能使患者在生理上、心理上得到最大的满足，保证患者安全度过手术期，同时有利于护理工作系统化，规范化。

Holistic Nursing Care of Operating Room:Effect on Patient Anxiety Relief

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing care of operating room on the relief of patient anxiety. Methods We divided 140 cases of thyroidectomy randomly into two groups. The experimental group（n=70） was given holistic nursing care,while the control group was given routine nursing care. The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） was adopted to assess the anxiety scale of patients on admission and before puncture anesthesia. After operating,the nursing care satisfaction of operating room was compared between two groups. Results The anxiety scale of patients on admission had no significant difference between the two groups（P~0.05）. The anxiety scales of the control group and the experimental group before puncture anesthesia were 68.0 ＋ 8.2 and 61.0 ＋ 9.4,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction of the experimental group and the control group was 95.71% and 62.69%,respectively,and the patient satisfaction to doctors in the two groups was 92.86% and 62.86% respectively after operating. Conclusion Humanized ,hohstic nursing can play an active role in relieving the patient tension and fear in physiology and psychology, making the operation smooth and facilitating the systematization and standardization of the nursing care.
