氯高铁血红素的抗贫血作用

SD大鼠应用活血性贫血和失血性贫血两种病理模型，给予氯高铁血红素ig75～300mg／kg，连续7d。以血红蛋白定量为主要指标并观察一般体征、体重以及红细胞计数。结果表明；氯高铁血红素能使贫血大鼠血红蛋白和红细胞数明显提高，贫血状态显著改善，体重增加，动物的一般体征恢复正常。在与阳性对照药葡萄糖酸亚铁相同剂量下（300mg／kg），氯高铁血红素对贫血的纠正作用更为明显。

Anti-anemia Action of Hemin

Two pathologic patterns of hemolytic anemia and hemorrhagic anemia were used in SD rat.Hemin were administered 75~300 mg/kg ig, qd × 7. Hemoglobinical quantity showed important index, obeerved general sign, body weight and RBC counts, These results suggested that hemin markedly increasetl hemoglobin and RBC counts in anemic rat. Anemic state significantly improved, bodyweight increased, general signs of animal returned to normal, compared with positive control of ferrous gluconatis in same dose (300 mg/kg) hemin bad better corrective action of anemia.
