| 妊娠期血糖及肾功能检测临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠期血糖及肾功能检测的临床特点。方法选取我院2009年1月~2012年12月80例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究组,另选取80例在本院行产前检查的健康孕妇作为对照组,分析对比两组患者血糖及肾功能检测情况。结果研究组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCR)、血清胱抑素(CysC)均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论血糖及肾功能相关指标联合应用有利于妊娠期糖尿病诊断及治疗,改善产妇和新生儿预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features of pregnancy and renal function. Methods 80 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were selected as study group, 80 normal pregnant women were selected as control group. Detection of two groups of patients with hyperglycemia and renal function were compared and analyzed. Results Research group of fasting blood glucose（FPG）, blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, serum creatinine（SCR）, serum cystatin C（CysC） were higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined with the application of relevant indicators of blood glucose and renal function were conductive to the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. It improved the prognosis of maternal and neonatal. |
