产后出血中改良B-Lynch缝合术效果分析

目的:探讨和分析改良式B-Lynch缝合术在治疗产后出血中的临床效果,总结其临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月-2010年12月来我院就诊的具有完整临床资料的剖宫产宫缩乏力出血患者24例,采用改良式B-Lynch缝合术抢救,观察其临床疗效。结果:1例患者因中央性前置胎盘、胎盘植入导致产后出血保守治疗无效行子宫切除术,其他23例患者因宫缩乏力性产后出血,行B-Lynch缝合术,术后子宫变硬缩小,色泽转红,出血量明显较少逐渐停止,手术治疗均有效。结论:子宫收缩乏力是导致产后出血的常见原因,改良式B-Lynch缝合术对于收缩乏力的子宫具有收缩子宫、压迫血窦减少出血的作用,有效避免了子宫的切除,保留了患者的生育能力和盆底功能,是抢救产后出血的重要措施,该手术操作简便、安全,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Postpartum Hemorrhage in the Modified B-Lyuch suture technigue effectiveness analysis

Objective:To discuss the clinical effective of B-Lynch suture in the postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:From Jan.2009 to Dec.2010,there were 24 postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,we used B-Lynch suture to rescue and valued its clinical effect.Results:One patient experienced hysterectomy because of placenta praevia and placenta implantation;others experienced B-Lynch suture because of uterine lack of power,and all operation were succeed.Conclusion:Uterine lack of power is the most common reason of the postpartum hemorrhage,improved B-Lynch suture can motivate uterine constriction and press the vessel which relieve the bleeding and get rid of the hysterectomy.It is the important rescue method for the postpartum hemorrhage.
