| 摘 要： | 采用脉冲多普勒超声心动图测定31例冠心病人和30例正常人的左室舒张功能,并观察冠心病人舌下含服硝苯毗啶10mg后多普勒指标的变化。结果表明,冠心病人左室舒张早期功能受损,但并非所有反映左室舒张早期功能的指标均异常,各单项指标的敏感性不高,应测量多项指标进行综合判断,值得选用的指标有PeakE、MeanE、Earea、EAV、IVRT、PeakA/PeakE、MeanA/MeanE和Aarea/Earea。硝苯吡啶可改善冠心病人的左室舒张早期功能。 |

| Abstract: | The left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) of 31 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and 30 normal subjects were measured with pulsed Doppler echocardiography. The changes of Doppler indexes in CAD patients were observed after sublingual administration of nifedipine (10 mg), The results showed that the early LVDF in CAD patients was damaged, but not all indexes of early diastolic function were abnormal. The sensitivity of a single index was not high, so we should measure all the indexes and analyse the results synthetically. The valuable indexes are Peak E, Mean E, Earea, EAV, IVRT, Peak A/Peak E and Mean A/Mean E, A area/E area. Nifedipine can improve the early LVDF of CAD patients. |
