医用几丁糖在妇科手术中的应用价值探讨

目的探讨医用几丁糖对妇科手术后预防肠粘连的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2005年12月本院妇科手术关腹前将几丁糖涂于手术创面表面及周围腹腔脏器的患者177例,观察术后盆腔粘连、肠粘连的发生情况。结果全部病例术后随访最短2年,仅有2例发生不全梗阻经保守治疗痊愈,无1例因发生粘连性肠梗阻而再次手术的,有效率为98.9％。结论在妇科手术关腹前使用几丁糖可以有效地预防肠粘连的发生,对术后排气及切口愈合无不良影响。预防肠粘连的发生几丁糖是一种理想的生物材料,值得推广应用。

The application value of medical chitosan In department of gynecology and obstetrics operation

Objective To investigate the application value of Medical Chitosan for department of gyne- cology and obstetrics operation to prevent postoperative adhesion . Method Retrospective analysis since Jan. 2002 to Dec. 2005, 177 Patients Undergoing laparotomy that Medical Chitosan were besmeared on the wound surface and around its abdominal membrane before closed up the incision, To observation the effect of Medical Chitosan prevent postoperative adhesion of peritoneal and/or Pelvic adhesion. Results All patients of this group was followed up tow year at least after operation, None were undergo operation once again because adhesive ileus or bass, only two cases catched bowel pero-obstruction and be cured by expectant treatment, the effective rate was 98.9%. Conclusion Medical Chitosan to be used for prevent postoperative adhesion before closed up the incision was effective and it was ideal biotical material for prevent postoperative adhesion.
