冠心病患者C反应蛋白及低密度脂蛋白变化的临床研究

目的　探讨冠心病患者 (CHD)病情程度及冠脉病变程度与C 反应蛋白 (CRP)和低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)的关系。方法　测定 135例经冠状动脉造影 (CAG)确诊CHD患者的CRP、LDL水平 ,并与 4 0例正常者相比较 ,分析CRP及LDL的临床意义。结果　血浆CRP、LDL水平显示 :CHD患者明显高于对照组 ;CRP在急性心肌梗塞 (AMI)及不稳定型心绞痛 (UA)组高于稳定型心绞痛组 (SA) ,AMI及UA两组间无显著差异 ;冠脉多支病变组CRP及LDL水平高于单支病变组 ,CRP浓度与LDL浓度呈正相关 (r=0 36 ,p <0 0 5 )。结论　CRP在临床评价CHD病情严重程度及冠脉病变程度方面具有一定的指导意义。CRP与LDL之间存在相关性。

The Change of the Levels of C-Reactive Protein and LDL in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the relation of C-reactive protein (CRP),low density lipoproteins (LDL)plasma levels to the severity of coronary lesions and coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods The plasma CRP concentration,LDL concentration were tested in 135 patients diagnosed as CHD by coronary angiography,and were compared with those of the normal control group (n=40),in order to analyze the clinical significance of CRP and LDL.Results The mean levels of plasma CRP and LDL in CHD patients were higher than those in the control (P<0.05).Compared with SA group,the levels of CRP were elevated in AMI group and UA group;the comparison between AMI group and UA group shows no significant difference of CRP.The CRP and LDL levels in CHD patients with multi-vessel lesions were higher than those in patients with single lesion (P<0.05).The plasma CRP concentration and LDL concentration were positively correlated (r=0.36,P<0.05).Conclusions CRP provides a prediction index for clinical evaluation of severity of CHD and coronary lesions.CRP and LDL were correlated.
