| 摘 要： | 目的通过对大学生的健康知识、生活方式、心理、疾病及住院情况进行调查,分析目前高校健康教育中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。方法采用自编量表对安徽师范大学、安徽工程科技学院、福建师范大学1529名大学生进行调查,用SPSS统计软件包对数据进行处理。结果大学生的健康知识十分缺乏,生活方式不科学,且心理问题发生率较高(10.53%),从而引起较多的疾病。结论应根据当前大学生的特点和需求,加强高校健康教育工作,以提高大学生的健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim was to investigate the university students' knowledge about health,life-style,psychological welfare,disease and hospitalization,to find out the problems in university students' health education and provide reference for making relative policies.Methods A survey was conducted by using a self-designed table among 1529 students in Anhui Normal University,Anhui Engineering and Technology College and Fujian Normal University.The data were analyzed by SPSS statistic software.Results Little knowledge about health,life-style and more psychological problems (10.53%) resulted in a lot of diseases in university students.Conclusion In order to improve university students' health,measures should be taken to stress the importance of health education in universities in accordance with students' characteristics and their desires. |
