| 摘 要： | 目的 观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对儿科几种常见病因所致口腔炎的治疗作用。方法 ｂＦＧＦ由广州暨南大学生物制品研究所生产,临用时溶于１０ｍｌ 生理盐水,用无菌棉棒涂抹于溃疡表面,每日６ 次。对不合作的患儿,可将药液滴入口内。餐前半小时、饭后半小时应用。结果 治疗组的有效率达９６６７ ％ ,明显高于对照组,两组间相比较差异显著（ Ｐ＜ ０００１） 。结论 ｂＦＧＦ 治疗小儿各种口腔炎具有疗效好、止疼快、修复早的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the treatment effect of b-FGF on children's stomatitis caused by the common reasons in paediatrice. Methods: bFGF 4000u was melted in 10 miniliter normal solution and was painted on the ulcer surface with cotton stick 6 times a day. It was used 30 minutes before or after breast-feeding or having food. Results: The effectice rate of treatment group (96.67%) was higher than that of control group (26%), P<0 001 . Conclusion: bFGF is very effective in treating children's stomatitis. |
