| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)联合高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的临床疗效。方法将41例DEACMP患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组20例,2组给予高压氧等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用GM1(100 mg静脉滴注,每天1次,14d;之后40 mg静脉滴注,每天1次,16 d)。治疗前后均用MMSE智力量表进行智能评分及疗效评定。结果 2组治疗后MMSE评分明显好转(均P<0.01),且2组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率(90.5%)高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GM1联合高压氧治疗DEACMP疗效好,值得临床推广。 |
