| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者不同生化指标及血压水平对视网膜血管直径的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者200例,采用眼底彩色照相、计算机辅助测量视网膜血管直径,测定生化指标、血压,分析不同生化指标及血压水平对视网膜血管直径的影响。结果 2型糖尿病患者视网膜静脉直径随空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)水平的升高有扩张的趋势,随舒张压(DBP)水平升高有缩窄的趋势。2型糖尿病患者视网膜动、静脉血管直径大小与血脂水平无关。结论 2型糖尿病患者中视网膜血管直径大小受血糖水平、血压水平的影响。
