| 摘 要： | 目的观察维生素C对老年2型糖尿病患者记忆功能障碍的影响。方法将纳入患者随机分为2组。对照组给予常规治疗(包括饮食调整、适量运动、合理选择双胍类和/或磺脲类降糖药);观察组在常规治疗基础上加用维生素C 0.2g每日3次,疗程1年。治疗前后分别行简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知功能(MoCA)量化并评分。结果治疗后2组MMSE及MoCA(对照组注意力除外)得分在治疗后均得到明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(空间定位除外)。结论维生素C作为一种抗氧化剂,能明显改善老年2型糖尿病患者的记忆功能障碍。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of vitamin C in type 2 diabetes mellitus with memory impairment. Methods All patients involved were divided into two groups;the control group(patients were administrated with traditional treatment,including diet modification,proper exercise,reasonable choices of metformin and/or sulfonylurea) and the treatment group(patients were administrated with vitamin C 0.2g,3 times a day additionally).The MMSE and MoCA tests were performed before and after 1 year treatment.... |
