| 摘 要： | 目的 掌握烟台口岸近5年出入境人员传染病的感染现状,为制定传染病防控策略提供科学依据.方法 对2006年至2010年烟台口岸66049名出入境人员的传染病监测资料进行统计分析.结果 烟台口岸五年中累计对66049人次的出入境人员进行了传染病监测,检出各类传染病414例,总体检出率为626/10万,其中HIV感染者9例,梅毒感染者101例,开放性肺结核32例,病毒性肝炎患者272例.结论 应加强重点人群的传染病监测.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prevalence of the infectious disease in the last 5 years, and provide a scientific basis for preventing infectious disease and health interventions at Yantai Port. Methods Analyze the data of infectious disease among 66049 entry-exit personnel at Yantai Port from 2006 to 2010. Results The total number of entry-exit personnels at Yantai Port from 2006 to 2010 is 66049, 414 cases of infectious diseases are found, and infectious rate is 626 out of 1 million. In which, 9 cases are HIV infector, 101 cases are infected with syphilis, 32 cases pulmonary tuberculosis and 272 cases viral hepatitis. Conclusion More emphasis should be placed on the focus population. |
