| 摘 要： | 目的 总结超声引导自动肾活检的经验。方法 回顾性分析自2002年7月～2004年7月超声引导自动肾活检经过。结果 200例自动肾活检取材450条，取材成功率99％，基本满足临床病理诊断的需要。结论 超声引导自动肾活检方法简便、准确、成功率高。自动肾活检的成功取决于熟练的穿插技术及超声医釜的丰富经验。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences of automatic kidney-biopsy guided by ultrasound.Method Records of automatic kidney-biopsy guided by ultrasound from July, 2002 to July, 2004 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Result 450 biopsy samples were successfully obtained from 200 patients with automatic kidney-biopsy operation, with a successful rate of 99%. Conclusion The operation of automatic kidney-biopsy guided by ultrasound is simple, convenient, accurate and highly successful.The successful of automatic kidney-biopsy are determined by proficient skills of puncture and experiences of the doctor. |
