| 摘 要： | 通过文献分析，总结风险沟通对决策影响的相关因素，包括信息本身的特征、信息传播途径和方式、相关者对沟通的需求、对事件本身的认知以及沟通的条件等，分析学校公共卫生突发事件处置中风险沟通和公共卫生决策的影响因素，阐明该领域研究的意义。阐明在学校处置公共卫生突发事件中风险沟通对决策的影响；建议在该领域进行更多的实例研究，全面了解风险沟通对公共卫生决策的作用，并且构建研究框架和理论体系。

| Abstract: | To analyze the influence factors of risk communication and decision making in school public health emergency, and signify the prospect of the research field. Based on reviewing papers and document, the authors found that risk communication may influence decision making by delivering the information, there are some factors influencing the information delivery correctly, such as the need of relevant stakeholders, the recognition of the emergency, and the condition of the communication. Risk communication is important to decision making in schools public health emergency, more case studies need to be conducted to describe the influence factors of risk communication and decision making. |
