| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞瘤的鉴别诊断要点并分析其误诊原因。方法回顾性分析我院2例肾嫌色细胞癌临床资料,总结其临床病理特征,进行文献复习及诊治分析。结果 2例均于术前误诊为良性肿瘤,术中冰冻切片提示嗜酸细胞瘤,术后病理为肾嫌色细胞癌。结论肾嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞腺瘤形态学各有特征,免疫表型相似,鉴别诊断基于生长方式、细胞学特征及影像学分析。
