| Abstract: | Aim To develop an HPLC method for determination of dequalinium chloride in dequalinium chloride buccal tablets.Methods A phenomenex C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of 0.67% sodium hexanesulphonate solution-methanol（30∶70）.The UV detective wavelength was 240 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range from 4.974 to 14.921 mg·L-1（r=0.999 9）.The relative standard deviation of recovery was 0.67%.Conclusion The method is reliable,optimized and suitable for the determination of dequalinium chloride in dequalinium chloride buccal tablets. |
