摘    要:目的 分析该院313例地高辛血药浓度监测结果,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 采用微粒酶免疫检验技术(MEIA)测定患者的地高辛血药浓度,并对所监测的结果进行统计学分析.结果 在监测的313例次地高辛血药浓度病例中,血药浓度在0.5~2.0 μg·L-1的有222例(70.9%);<0.5 μg·L-1的有52例(1...

Abstract:Aim To analyze the result of the serum digoxin concentration Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College,in order to offer reference about clinical safety and rational use.Methods The serum digoxin concentrations were determined by the microparticle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA),and the monitoring results were subjected to statistical analysis.Results Of the total 313 cases treated with digoxin,the serum digoxin concentration ration in 39(12.5 %)was above 2.0 μg·L-1,and it was 0.5~2.0 μg·L-1 in 222(70.9 %)and less than 0.5 μg·L-1 in 52(16.6 %).The serum digoxin concentrations were affected by age and gender.Conclusions To ensure clinical efficacy and reduce incidence of toxic reactions,it is of great importance to monitor the serum digoxin concentration and formulate individual dosage regimen.
