| 摘 要： | 发作性睡病是一种慢性神经变性、并可能有自身免疫介导的终身性疾病,其病因及发病机制尚不十分清楚.本文对疑难病例会诊中1例发作性睡病患者的会诊资料进行了总结分析,旨在提高临床医生对该病的认识.

| Abstract: | Narcolepsy is a chronic, neurodegenerative and possible autoimmune mediated lifelong disease, its etiology and pathogenesis is still unclear. In this paper author summarily analyzed consultation data of 1 patient with narcolepsy in order to improve clinicians＇ knowledge of narcolepsy. |
