| 摘 要： | 目的观察参附注射液对老年血液透析相关性低血压的疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组，治疗组予参附注射液静推，对照组予0．9％氯化钠注射液静推。观察10次透析中低血压发作情况。结果治疗后透析低血压多发生在透析2h后，治疗组低血压发生率低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论应用参附注射液治疗维持性血液透析患者透析中相关性低血压方法简单，易于操作，疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To observe the curative effect of Shenfu Injection on hemodialysis associated hypotension of the elderly. Methods： Patients were divided into treatment group and control group, respectively, to participate with 20 ml Shenfu injection and normal saline treatment, dialysis hypotension seizure in 10 times were observed. Results： Treatment group after treatment of dialysis hypotension occurred in dialysis after 2 hours.The treatment group the incidence of hypotension of treatment group was lower than that of control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclu~ sions： Shenfu injection has a good effect on maintenance hemodialysis patients with dialysis hypotension,which is simple in use and easy to operate. |
