| 摘 要： | 目的观察在常规处理基础上加服大承气汤、大柴胡汤治疗急性胰腺炎患者的疗效。方法患者56例随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组予常规处理，观察组在此基础上加用大承气汤合大柴胡汤，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者腹痛缓解时间、体温恢复正常、首次排便以及血液淀粉酶恢复正常时间均明显提前，观察组整体疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论大承气汤合大柴胡汤辅助治疗急性胰腺炎可有效提高治疗效果。

The Clinical Effect of Modified Dachengqi Decoction and Dachaihu Decoction on Acute Pancreatitis |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Dachengqi Decoction and Dachaihu Decoction on acute pancreatitis. Methods： 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group were treated with routine treatment;while Observation group were treated with modified Dachengqi Decoction and Dachaihu Decoction besides. The clinical effect of both groups were observed. Results： Time of abdominal pain relief time, body temperature returning to normal,the first defecation, blood amylase returning to normal were significantly ad- vanced. And the overall effect of observation group was better than control grou（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Dachengqi Decoction and Dachaihu Decoction as an adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic ef- fect on acute pancreatitis. |
