滋肾方治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

目的：观察自拟滋肾方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：将110例糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，对照组给予常规西医治疗，试验组在对照组治疗基础上加自拟滋肾方治疗，观察两组患者有效率和血液流变学指标的变化并进行统计学比较。结果：试验组有效率为87．27％，对照组有效率为67．27％；血液流变学各指标改善情况也优于对照组，两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：自拟滋肾方治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著，可以明显降低血糖、减轻尿蛋白和改善微循环。

Clinical Study of Tonifying Kidney Decoction in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy Self Kidney Decoction Treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 110 patients with diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group received conven- tional western medicine, the test group treated based on the Self Kidney Decoction, and observed efficient and changes in blood rheology and statistically compared. Results：The experimental group was 87.27%, the control group was 67.27%, improvement of blood rheology indexes also superior to the control group, there were significant statistical differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Self Kidney Decoction Treatment Diabetic nephropathy significant, can significantly lower blood sugar, reduce urinary protein and microcirculation.
