益气活血方治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

目的：观察益气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加益气活血方治疗，4周为1个疗程。结果：治疗后对照组有效率为76．67％，治疗组有效率为96．67％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组hs．CRP、NO、ET-1含量较治疗前有显著差异（／9〈0．05），治疗组改善ClIP、NO、ET—1方面优于对照组（／9〈0．05）。结论：益气活血方治疗冠心痛心绞痛疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Coronary Heart Disease Angina Treated by Yiqi Huoxue Prescription

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue treatment of angina pectoris. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group of 30 patients in the control group using conventional western medicine treatment group in the control group Yiqi Recipe-treated on the basis of four weeks a course of treatment. Results：After treatment, the control group was 76.67% ,the treatment group was 96.67% , the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, pre-treatment group hs- CRP,NO, ET-1 levels compared to treatment significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group improved CRP, NO, ET-1 is superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Treatment of angina pectoris Yiqihuoxue significant effect.
