| 摘 要： | 本文观察了四君子汤对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。实验发现每日灌服该中药煎剂15g/kg体重,连续6日,能纠正免疫抑制剂地塞米松或环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用,使免疫抑制小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬率、淋巴细胞转化率、外周血ANAE~+淋巴细胞比率以及血清特异性抗体水平均有显著的回升。同时观察到该方剂对正常小鼠有促进细胞免疫、抑制体液免疫的作用,对巨噬细胞吞噬功能无显著影响。结果表明四君子汤有调节机体免疫功能的作用。

| Abstract: | This article observed the effects of SJZT (SI JUN ZI TANG) on the immune function of normal and immune-suppressed mice. The results showed that the medicinal herb given orallycan correct the suppressive action of CY(cyclophosphamide) and DEX(dexamethasone) on thymus weight, the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages, peripheral blood ANAE~+lymphocyte ratio and lymphocyte transformation, and serum specific antibody level. It can also increase the lymphocyte transformation and decrease the hemagglutinin titer and hemolysin HC50 of normal mice. No obviouse effect of SJZT on the phagocytic ratio of normal mice was observed. The result indicated that SJZT may have some immunomodulation action. |
