| 摘 要： | 目的观察硬膜外神经阻滞并用药加手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法采用硬膜外腔神经阻滞并注射药物(利多卡因,B族维生素,醋酸强的松龙)加手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症5 0例.结果疗效优良率为90%,总有效率9 8%.结论硬膜外阻滞并用药加手法推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果良好. |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of treatment of lumbar disc herniation by epidural infusion medicine and massage. Methods Fifty patients of lumbar disc herniation were treated by epidural infusion medicine (lidocaine vitB, prednisolone acetate)and massage. Results The rate good results was 90% and the total effective rate 98%. Conclusion Epidural block and infusion and massage was a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. |
