| 中药熏洗配合正负压治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对实施中药熏洗和正负压治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的护理体会。方法对83例患者进行中药熏洗和正负压治疗1～2个疗程。结果治愈52例，显效23例，有效8例，总有效率为100％，显愈率为90．36％。结论中药熏洗和正负压治疗非急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成安全、可靠，效果显著。治疗过程中积极有效的护理是保证患者顺利康复的重要条件。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing experience in the treatment of herbal fumigation and positive-negative pressure for lower limb deep venous thrombosis. METHODS 83 patients were treated for 1-2 periods. RESULT The overall effective rate and significant effective rate were 100% and 90.36% respectively, 52 patients were fully recovery,23 patients were obviously effective. CONCLUSION The treatment of herbal fumigation and positive-negative pressure for chronic lower limb deep venous thrombosis is safe and reliable, the effection is significant. It is important to provide the positive and effective nursing for the recovery of patients. |
