摘    要:
ObjectiveToexplore the mechanism and significance of myocardial cellular membrane damage followingsevere burn injury.MethodsUsing a rat model with 30% total body surfacearea burns,the total membranous phospholipid contents,membranous enzyme activity,fluidityand lipid peroxidation in myocardium were observed by biochemistry and the fluorescencepolarization technique.ResultsThe membranous enzyme activity markedlydecreased at 1 hour after burns 〔NaKATPase(3.5±1.5)μmolPi.mg-1pro.h-1vs.(4.5±0.8)μmol Pi.mg-1 pro.h-1;Ca2+ATPase(3.1±0.8)μmolPi.mg-1 pro.h-1vs.(4.5±0.7)μmol Pi.mg-1 pro.h-1;Mg2+ATPase(2.8±0.6)μmolPi.mg-1pro.h-1vs.(4.2±1.2)μmol Pi.mg-1 pro.h-1,P<0.05or P<0.01〕.The total phospholipid contents decreased 〔(98.7±60.6)nmol Pi.mg-1provs.(168.8±80.2)nmol Pi.mg-1 pro,P<0.01〕and membranous lipid peroxidation enhanced at 3 hours after burns.The membranous fluidityobviously decreased (0.17±0.03 vs.0.05±0.04,P<0.01) at 6 hours after burns.ConclusionsSevereburn injury may result in reduction of membranous enzyme activity and fluidity,togetherwith enhancement of membranous lipid peroxidation,which in turn leads to the damage ofmyocardial cellular membrane structure and function as well as the integrity of cellmembrane.
