Abstract: Candida krusei infections are serious complications in neutropenic patients with hematological malignancies. We report the successful treatment of C. krusei infection with caspofungin in 3 allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients and 1 patient with induction chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia. |
