脉络宁注射液治疗缺血性中风155例临床疗效观察

应用脉络宁注射液为主(治疗组)治疗缺血性中风155例,并与以丹参注射液为主(对照组)治疗68例对比。治疗组基本治愈114例(73.35％),显效22例(14.18％),有效12例(7.8％),总有效率95.48％;对照组基本治愈39例(57.35％),显效7例(1O.29％),有效6例(8.82％)。总有效率76.47％,两组有显著性差异。作者认为,在以“活血化瘀、通经活络”为大法对缺血性中风的治疗中,脉络宁注射液明显优于丹参注射液,对痰热闭窍型病人总有效率为86.7％,对其它证型,总有效率均90％以上。

Observations on the Effect of Mailuoning Injection in Treating 155 Cases of Ischemic Apoplexy

The effect of Mailuoning Injection was observed in 155cases of ischemic apoplexy, with a control group of 68 casestreated by Injectio Salviae Miliorrhizae. The results showedthat in the treated group 114 cases (73. 35%) were basical-ly cured. 22 (14.18%) markedly effective and 12(7.8%) improved, culminating in an overall effective rateof 95.48%; whereas among the controls 39 cases(57.35%) were basically cured, 7 (10.29%) markedlyeffective and 6 (8.82%) improved, culminating to76.47% in an overall effective rate. The two groups showeda statistically significant difference. When reviewed accord-ing to syndromes, all types had overall effective rate of over90% except the syndrome of mental disorder caused byphlegm-heat in which it was 86.7%.
