泻肝汤为主治疗急性上消化道出血疗效观察

本文报道将200例急性上消化道出血病人随机分为两组,治疗组以口服龙胆泻肝汤加减为主,对照组以甲氰咪胍治疗为主,两组病情具有可比性。结果治疗组有效率98％,对照组有效率80％;大便隐血转阴时间,治疗组平均4天,对照组为6.2天,上述结果均为p<0.05,说明龙胆泻肝汤是治疗急性上消化道出血的有效方药,且对胃热、肝火、气虚不摄三型疗效无显著差异,证明了急性上消化道出血“唯火唯气”理论的正确。

Observations on the Effect of Decoction of Gentiana for Purging the Liver-fire as Principal Agent in Treating Acute Upper Digestive Tract Hemorrhage

200 cases of acute upper digestive tract hemorthage were ran-domly divided into two groups. The treated group was mainly givendecoction of Gentiana for purging the liver-fire modified, while thecontrol group was mainly administered cimetidine. The resultsshowed that the overall effective rate of the two groups were 98%and 86% respectively, and the average time for the conversion ofoccult blood test from positive to negative were 4 days in the treatedgroup and 6. 2 days in the controls. The above-mentioned resultshave statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0. 05). All these showed that decoction of Gentiana for purgingthe liver-fire was an effective drug for acute upper digestive tracthemorrhage with no marked difference in therapeutic effect amongits 3 categories: stomach-heat, liver-fire and qi-deficiency. and alsoproved the correctness of the theory that pathogenesis of acute upperdigestive tract hemorrhage can only be "Fire and /or Qi".
