瓦布贝母的生物碱成分分析

目的 对瓦布贝母（Fritillaria uabuensi S.Y.Tang et S.C Yueh)的野生松贝及家种松贝、家种青贝，进行薄层层析和总生物碱、西贝碱的含量分析。方法 从中性、碱性提取液两方面作了薄层层析，两相滴定法测定总生物碱百分含量，双波长薄层扫描法测定所含的西贝碱含量。结果 薄层层析看野生松贝及家种松贝、家种青贝的色谱相近，但因含量不同，斑点的清晰度也不相同；定量测得总生物碱百分含量（野生松贝0．103％、家种松贝0．148％，家种青贝0．120％）、西贝碱含量（野生松贝0．0103％、家种松贝0．0375％、家种青贝0．0153％）。结论 3种川贝母的生物碱成分在薄层色谱上基本相近，总生物碱含量及西贝碱含量家种品高于野生品。

Determination and Quantitative Analysis of Total Alkaloids and Sipeimin e in Three kinds of Fritillaria Wabuensis S.Y.Tang Et S.C.Yueh

Aim To study percentages of total alkaloids and sipeimine in three kinds of Bulbus Fritiliariae cirrhosae.Methods TLC,two phase titration and dual wavelength TLC Scanning method were used respectively.Results and Conclusions Total alkaloids and sipeimine in the wild songbei,in the cultivated songbei and in the cultivated qingbei were analyzed.The result showed that their percentages of total alkaloids: the wild songbei 0.103%,the cultivated songbei 0.148%,the cultivated qingbei 0.120%;and their percentages of sipeimine:the wild songbei 0.0103%,the cultivated songbei 0.0375%,the cultivated qingbei 0.0153%.
