丁卡因表面麻醉在治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣中的应用

目的探索治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣适宜的麻醉方法。方法治疗组50例应用1%丁卡因注射液进行尿道口表面麻醉,对照组40例应用2%盐酸利多卡因注射液对尿道口内疣体进行基底部注射麻醉,两组均再以微波烧灼凝固疣体,并观察麻醉效果。治疗后1月,3月评价两组近期复发率。结果两组疼痛消失时间平均为5.4min,2.5min,未见不良反应发生。两组疼痛消失时间比较差异有显著性(t=12.40,P<0.05),而麻醉效果良好率比较差异无显著性(χ2=2.54,P>0.05)。对照组麻醉时患者均有不同程度的注射部位疼痛、表情痛苦、尿道口局部渗血和操作部位视野欠清晰。治疗后1月,3月随访,两组CA复发率比较差异有显著性(χ2分别为4.50,4.48,P<0.05)。结论丁卡因作为表面麻醉在治疗男性尿道口CA中显示麻醉效果好,手术视野清晰,病灶清除彻底。

Clinical Applicatium of Tracaine to the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum in Male Urethral Orifice

ObjectiveTo explore a proper ananesthesia way for treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA) in male urethral orifice.MethodsIn treatment group(50 cases) 1%tetracaine injection was used as superficial anaesthesia on lesions of CA in urethral orifice.In control group(40cases) the basilar part of the lesions were given to local anaesthesia with 2%lidocaine.On the first and third months of post-treatment the recurrence rates of the lesions were evaluated.ResultsThe average extinctive time of pain to two groups were 5.4 min and 2.5 min respectively,without seeing any adverse effect.There was significant difference in the average extinctive time of pain to two groups(P<0.05)and not significant difference(P>0.05) in two groups anaesthesia efficacy.The control group showed pain in injection site,distress facial expression,capillary hemorrhage in local urethral orifice and insufficient clear field of vision.To evaluate recurrence rates of the lesions in two groups on the first and third months of post-treatmen,there were significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionTracaine,as a superficial anaesthesia,is effective in anaesthesia and easy to expose vision field,besides,the lesions could be thoroughly clear up.
