Hunt综合症临床诊治33例分析

目的：分析Hunt综合症的主要临床表现、并发症,探讨Hunt综合症的诊断及内科治疗经验。,方法：总结自2005年01月至2009年12月耳带状疱疹病例33例临床资料进行分析,主要包括诱因、临床表现、听力学检查等资料,结果：本组病例治愈13例,有效15例,无效5例。结论：在临床中,一旦出现耳带状疱疹和内耳功能的障碍时,便可以诊断Hunt综合症,早期诊断及治疗可以提高治愈率

An analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Hunts syndrome

Objective： To analyse the clinical signs and symptoms of Hunts syndrome and its diagnosis and treatment.Methods： 33 cases of Hunts syndrome admitted from 2005 to 2009 in our hospital were analysed of its eliology,special clinical signs and symploms and the auditory test Results： Cured 13 cases.Effective 15 cases. No effect 5 cases. Conclusion： The prognosis of Hunts syndrome is directly influenced by early diagnosis,medicine used,early or late appearance of herps zoster, the location of facial nerve damage,and the degree of seriousness of the disease.An early diagnosis and treatment may raise the cure rate.
