油茶粕正丁醇组分水解产物化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 研究油茶粕正丁醇组分水解产物的化学成分.方法 采用盐酸水解法制备水解产物,利用薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH - 20凝胶色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱分析以及和对照品对照鉴定化合物的结构.结果 从油茶粕正丁醇组分水解产物中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:齐墩果酸(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、山柰酚(V)、山柰酚-3-O-13-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、山柰酚-3 -O-β -D-吡喃葡萄糖基(6→1)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)、槲皮素(Ⅷ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、槲皮素-3 -O-α -L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(X).结论 除化合物V外均为首次从油茶粕中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从山茶属中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol fraction from the seed cake of Camellia Oleifera Abel. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis,then prepared and purified by thin layer chromatography,silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The were identified by physical and chemical constants and spectral analysis,and reference substance. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified in N-butanol fraction from the seed cake of Camellia Oleifera Abel,as oleanolic acid(Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),Lupeol(Ⅲ),daucosterol(Ⅳ),kaempferol(Ⅴ),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅵ),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(6→ 1)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅶ),quercetin(Ⅷ),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅸ),Quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅹ). Conclusion In addition to compound Ⅴ the remaining compounds are first isolated from the seed cake of Camellia Oleifera Abel.,compound Ⅵ,Ⅶ for the first time isolated from Camellia.
