丹参注射液对糖尿病患者血液流变学的影响

[目的]观察丹参注射液对糖尿病患者液流变学的影响。[方法]65例糖尿病患者随机分为两组，治疗组33例在对照组基础上给予丹参注射液40ml／d，治疗前后分别检测两组患者血液流变学参数。[结果]对照组治疗后血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数明显改善（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项检测指标较治疗前显著改善（P〈0．01）。两组比较全血高切黏度、低切黏度降低有统计学意义（P〈0．05），血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数改善有显著统计学差异（P〈0．01）。[结论]丹参注射液能有效改善糖尿病患者血液流变学异常的作用。

Effect of Salvia Injection on Hemorheology of Diabetic Patients
