| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在食管癌中高表达,与其生长和转移有密切关系,并在食管癌的诊断和判断预后中起重要作用.以VEGF及VEGF受体为靶点的抗肿瘤血管形成是近年来肿瘤治疗的重要方向.

Significance of clinical diagnosis and treatment of vascular endothelial growth factor in esophageal cancer |

| Abstract: | Vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) is highly expressed in esophageal cancer and has close relation with its development and metastasis. It also has very important role in the diagnosis and prog- nosis of esophageal cancer. Now antiangiogenesis targeted to VECF and its receptor is a significant direction for esophageal cancer therapy. |
