党参治疗呼吸窘迫综合征的实验研究─肺泡─动脉血氧分压差和气─血屏障的变化

摘    要:
本文分析了党参对油酸型大鼠RDS肺泡─动脉血氧差[P(A-)DO2]变化的影响并观察了其气─血屏障的超微结构的变化。结果表明,党参能使油酸型大鼠RDS肺泡─动脉血氧分压差[P(A-a)DO2]减小,维持肺有效的摄氧功能;能保护大鼠肺泡上皮细胞和毛细血管内皮细胞,使气体通过气─血屏障的弥散基本正常。本文为党参治疗RDS进一步提供了理论依据。

Abstract:
With boold-gas analysis imstrument and electronic microscope,effects os Codonopsis on changes ofAlveslar-anterial oxygen gradient[P(A-a)DO2]and blood-air barrier in rats with experimental respira-tory distress syndrome(RDS)induced by oleicacid were measured and observed.The results Showed thatCodonopsis Could reduce P(A-a)DO2)in RDS of rats,maintaining the assimilating function of the lung,and protect the pulmonary alveolar cell and capillary cpithelium cell,remaining normal structure of theblood-air barrier,The present Study Provided furiher Scientipic proof for the treatment of Codonopsis onRDS.
