| 摘 要： | 目的研究大鼠结肠癌淋巴转移时树突状细胞的表达与淋巴转移的关系。方法用S100蛋白质抗体对12例大鼠结肠癌动物模型的肠周淋巴结转移灶和8例正常大鼠肠周淋巴结进行免疫组化染色。结果定量分析显示,肠周淋巴结转移灶中S100蛋白阳性树突状细胞(DCs)明显低于正常大鼠肠周淋巴结树突状细胞(DCs)(P<0.01)。结论提示DCs在防止肿瘤转移方面有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between dendritic cells(DCs ) distribution in the metastatic lymph nodes of colon cancer in rats and the lymphatic metastasis.Methods In this study,DCs were quantitatively assayed by immunohistochemical method against S 100 protein antibody in 12 cases of lymphatic metastasis of colon cancer in rats,and 8 cases of normal rats.Results The numbers of DCs in normal group was more than those in metastasis group( P <0.01).Conclusion The distribution of DCs has relation with the metastasis of colon cancer,and it shows great significance in preventing the metastasis of colon cancer. |
