微波联合消糜栓治疗宫颈炎合并中、重度宫颈糜烂观察

目的：观察微波联合消糜栓治疗宫颈炎合并中、重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法：86例中、重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用微波进行治疗,观察组在微波治疗前加用消糜栓1枚,阴道给药,qd,连用14 d。评价两组疗效,比较两组的创面愈合时间、阴道流血时间、阴道排液时间及宫颈结痂脱落出血发生率。结果：治疗后,观察组总有效率（93.48%）明显高于对照组（80.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的创面愈合时间、阴道流血时间及阴道排液时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.01）,宫颈结痂脱落出血发生率也明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：微波联合消糜栓治疗宫颈炎合并中、重度宫颈糜烂患者,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Anti-cervical Erosion Suppository Combined Microwave on the Treatment of Cervicitis and Medium to Severe Cervical Erosion

ABSTRACT Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of anti cervical erosion suppository combined with microwave on the treatment of medium to severe cervical erosion patients. Methods:86 cases of medium and severe cervical erosion patients wih cervicitis and merge cervicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with microwave,and the observation group was treated with anti cervical erosion suppository on the basis of microwave. Vaginal drug delivery,once a day for 14 days treatment course.The therapeutic effect was analyzed and compared after the treatment, the wound healing time , vaginal bleeding , vaginal discharge time and the rate of occurrence of cervical bleeding scabs fall off of two groups were recorded. Results:After treatment ,the total efficiency of the observation group (93.48%) was significantly higher than that of the conrol group(80.00%) ,there was statistically significant beteween th two groups(P<0.05). The wound healing time , vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge time were significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01), and the incidence of cervical bleeding scabs fall off was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of anti cervical erosion suppository combined microwave for medium to severe cervical erosion patients wih merge cervicitis was good,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
