| 摘 要： | 目的观察推拿整脊手法调整平衡对强直性脊柱炎的生物力学的作用,并探讨其缓解晨僵的作用机制。方法将66例强直性脊柱炎的患者随机配对,以2:1分为推拿整脊中药离子导入治疗组和非甾体抗炎类药物治疗组。结果推拿整脊手法调整平衡中药离子导入治疗组效果优于非甾体抗炎药物治疗组,统计学处理有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论治疗组具有滑利关节,松解粘连,改善局部血液循环,活血化瘀、祛痹止痛之功能。基本恢复脊柱的活动度是此法的治疗特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the biodynamics of ankylosing spondylitis were adjusted by manipulative skill,to study the mechanism of manipulative skill alleviated moming stiffness.Method 66 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into two groups,the manipulation treatment group(n=44) and non steroid anti inflammatory drug treatment group(n=22),compared the two groups effect.Result The effect of manipulation treatment was better than that of non steroid anti inflammatory drug treatment,there were significant different between two group(P< 0.01).Conclution Manipulative skill could smooth joint,relax spasmotissue,improve local blood circulation and recovers the activity of backbone. |
