祁州漏芦乙醇提取物对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘    要:目的研究漏芦乙醇提取物对D 半乳糖所致衰老小鼠学习记忆的影响以及对脑组织中过氧化脂质及脂褐质含量的影响。方法采用一次性被动回避式条件反射的方法 (跳台法及避暗法 )测定动物的学习记忆能力 ,用生化学方法测定脑组织过氧化脂质及脂褐质含量。结果漏芦乙醇提取物剂量依赖性地减少D 半乳糖致衰老小鼠跳台及避暗错误反应次数并延长错误反应潜伏期 ;显著减少衰老小鼠脑组织中过氧化脂质及脂褐质的含量。结论实验结果提示漏芦乙醇提取物具有抗衰益智作用。其改善记忆障碍作用可能与抗自由基过氧化 ,减少脑组织中过氧化脂质及脂褐质生成有关

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of the alcohol extract of Rhaponticum uniflorum(L.)DC.(AER) on learning and memory in the senescent mice induced by D-galactose and the effects on the lipoperoxides and lipofuscin content in the brain.Methods In order to study these effects, we used the methods of one trial passive avoidance response (step down test and step through test) and the methods of biochemistry.Results These results show that the AER might reduce the times of errors and prolong the latency of errors in senescent mice induced by D-galactose in the step down test and step through test, which are dose dependent.It can also markedly reduce the lipoperoxides and lipofuscin content in the brains of the senescent mice.Conclusions These results indicate that the AER has the effects of antisenescence and improving intelligence.The effect might be related with its activity of inhibiting the peroxidation of free radicals and reducing the formation of lipoperoxides and lipofuscin content in the brain.
