金钱草对食饵性胆色素结石的防治作用

目的:研究金钱草乙酸乙酯提取物(Ethyl acetate extract from Herba Lysimachiae,EA)利胆排石的作用及其机理.方法:采用对正常大鼠胆汁分泌的影响研究EA的利胆作用,采用致石饲料喂养豚鼠制成胆色素结石模型的方法来研究EA对胆色素结石的防治作用,并通过对动物的胆汁和血清成分分析其防石的机理.结果:EA能显著促进大鼠胆汁分泌,减少胆色素结石的成石率,且能调整和维持胆汁成分比例及动物体内代谢的正常化.结论:EA是金钱草利胆排石的起效部位,它通过调节胆汁成分和血清血脂达到防治胆色素结石的作用,这可能是其排石作用的机制.

Study on anti-gallstone of extracts from Herba Lysimachiae

Objective: The purpose is to study the ethyl acetate extract from Herba Lysimachiae (EA) on anti gallstone and choleresis effects. Methods: Diet caused bile pigment calculus in cavies, bile screction in rats. Results: EA can significantly promote bile secretion in rats. EA can obviously decrease the precent of bile pigment calculus formaton in cavies,it also can adjust the component in bile and blood serum. Conclusion: EA may be responsible for the choleresis effects of Herba Lysimachiae.EA can inhibite the formation of bile pigment calculus, the mechanism possibly is to prevent the production of gallstone bile and to maintain the common metabolism of cholerythrin ,cholesterol,etc.
